Yes, they gave me choice to appeal, but they still took the video down.

That's weird, because one of my videos features Mas Que Nada by Sergio Mendes & Black Eyed Peas (Google "James & Ola Samba"). I just got an email saying that my video "may have content that is owned or licensed by UMG" and that I didn't need to do anything, but the video is still up and the soundtrack hasn't been swapped! Do they give you an option to appeal? I was given one if I thought I owned copyright!

I would recommend that you take them down…. This happened to me.
My account was deleted; I think they give you three strikes (violations)
They took mine down in one day… because of three videos I uploaded. :(

Do you need to sign up an account with youtube in order to download youtube on your blog? I thought you can just copy the embedded code onto your blog.
